The Interview we have been waiting on Young Future

I normaly don't add my two cents to the front of interviews but this is one of those artist that i've been following for a while since the orgination of this company, when I was introduced to Future it was underneath the name Futureistic Lingo and he was then a very difficult artist to schedule for the radio show, website interview or even live interviews but that is understandable for and artist of his, Cocoa Sarai ,and L.I.V.E.W.I.R.E status who keep a full schedule year , so I have to start by sayin that I am excited to say that we have finally on the whim been able to get Future to take a little time to fill out an interview for us and tell us how he got his start!

-How did you get the name for your recent album ? I got the name for my recent album "Circles inspire me" because everything around me whether negative or positive has inspired me. The "Circle of Life" refers to the fact that death is not really the end but the seed of some other life. Albert Einstein indirectly spoke of it when he said that energy cannot be created or destroyed; it merely changes form. For me this project is about a transformation of myself into becoming a true artist. My "circle" inspires me. That being the world around me; my friends, events that have occurred in the past,as well as the people and instances I come in contact with everyday of my life. All of it, whether good or bad inspires me and made me who I am today. "Circles Inspire Me" will inspire everyone.

- When did you decide to start your career in Entertainment ? I was 13 and got involved in a fine arts competition at my church. Remixed a Snoop Dogg's "Drop it like its hot" into a gospel song and discovered my talent for rapping and performing. Had my sights set on it ever since.

- How do you prepare for a show ? I usually run through my set, say a prayer and do some pushups.

- How did you get your stage name ? Because im unpredicatble and Im young. the future is unpredictable, hence the name Young Future.

- Who is your favorite Entertainer? Don't have a favorite but love to watch Micheal Jackson, Bounty Killa, Busta Rhymes do there thing on stage, its an experience.

- Pro's and Cons's to the industry for you ? The music industry is like the government, its politics. Everyone is fighting to get it and get a top spot and get there voice heard, but theres many factors involved. The Pro is that fame will take you further than money, but the Con is that it can also be your downfall.

- You prouduced a video called " I want The World " what inspired you to do such ? Just tried to factor in a couple different elements of the street life in a conceptual way and break it down to what everybody wants in life : power. With power you can do anything.

- What adivce do you have for the people that are trying to do, what you have made a career of ?

i just advise them to stick with it, be innovative and never change your vision to please someone else.

-What projects are you working on right now ? Circles INspire me

- What inspired your last song you wrote ? house music
- Who are some underground artist you would like to shout out? Ronnie james, Cocoa Sarai, Theophilus London

- Who in the Industry would you like to work with? God

Show bizz -Thank Good

Plays from JLee productions provides the message threw great play writing

Where are you from ?
I am from Jackson, MS

-How long have you been writing plays?
I have been writing stage plays since high school, the 1st stage play I wrote was at Murrah High School- my Junior Year-   I was class President- it was a fundraiser I did to raise money for my class- held auditions after school and presented  it during our activity period- It was called “No Good Comes To Those Who Do Wrong” ,I later  rewrote it and put it on stage in the summer 2008 as the 1st J. Lee Production.

-What is the message you are sending threw your plays ?
Each show/project has a different message- I always try to tackle taboo subjects/ situations and provide positive outlooks or outcomes.

-What inspired your latest play that your releasing in November ?
The latest project “The Murderer” was inspired by the simple fact  that J. Lee Productions has never did a murderer mystery. I wanted  to do a short film and I wanted to do something different, something that would challenge me. And writing a murderer mystery was definitely a challenge.

-I noticed that you do a lot of casting calls, how much work is that on you ?
We have been fortune to work with a lot of talented actors and actresses here in the state of MS- and we’re always looking for fresh faces, new talent. With each new production, we try to seek out new faces, while still continuing to work with those individuals who we have worked with  in the past.

-What is your major Inspiration ?
When writing, I try to write from the heart, or an honest place. This helps to make to projects relatable. Music is another tool that I use when writing. Music motivates me, gives me ideas and it helps with my writing process. I am also inspired by real life situations.

-Not to long ago you did a movie based on Relationships, what made you wanna do that?
I have done 2 projects that have been based solely on African American Relationships- the documentaries: BLACK LOVE I & BLACK LOVE II- the idea inspired by a facebook status that I saw.  The status inspired me to get opinions and views of others on relationships in the African American Community.

-How did you come up with the name for your production company ?
I really didn’t give it was thought. Just shorten my first name (Jimmie) and took my last name and added Productions. Not much thought went into it.

-How many people are involved with J Lee Productions ?
There is me, J. Lee- CEO/President of J. Lee Productions , LLCAnd the J. Lee Team- which consist of Aretha Carmicheal, Marcell Cox, L. Sherie Dean, Jeremy Funchess, Latisha Jackson, Yolanda Lee & Larry Walker

- Are there any particular Entertainer's , Writer's, Director's, etc that you would like to work with? There are many I want to work with in the industry, from veterans to the up and coming,  but to name a few I would say  Lee Daniels, Tracey Ellis Ross, Denezl Washington,  & Tyler Perry

 - Out of all the plays that you have been involved with, which one is your favorite ?
I believe that would be the stage play “REVENGE”. It came across on stage way better than I     expected.

- What advice do you have for others looking to be were you are ?
Keep GOD first. Be true to yourself and follow your vision.

- How can a follower of your productions get involved ( stage hand , acting ,etc) ?

Kathrina Tenorio Super Model On a Fast and Promising Rise

'All ununcredited photos By Brian Moilanen with E4S Photography'

-Where are you from ?
I was born in Manila Philippines, my mother is Filipino and my father was Guamanian. I guess that makes me an island girl turned city girl. Only lived in the Philippines for a very brief period of time after I was born.. we all moved to Guam and lived there till I was seven.. some of my favorite memories still reside there from this day! Lived in several places all around US before I moved here in Jacksonville back in 2002.

- When did You decide you wanted to become a model ?
I've always wanted to have some kind of artistic-related career growing up. My ultimate dream as a little girl was becoming a fashion designer.. which eventually ventured into an obsession with clothes and wardrobe styling, and more recently makeup experimenting, then finally modeling to showcase all these loves of mine!

- What is your ethnic background ?
Filipino, Guamanian, and Chinese. I have great-grandparents on both sides that were full Chinese.. for all I know there's more that I may not know about, I might be an Asian/Pacific Islander mutt!

- How long have you been modeling ?
Technically for about a year.. but I've always loved being in front of the camera and helping out other people with their projects. I just really recently been getting very into and in depth with it! Under half a year; since mid-2012. Very new to this business, but I feel like I've learned alot since I've been lucky enough to work with alot of very talented people.

-When did you get your first modeling gig ?
I really have to give one of my family members the benefit of giving me my first official 'photo shoot' in her home in Europe when we visited family back in 2008. This was really the first time I got really 'glammed-up' with a makeover and many alternate wardrobes. I feel like this particular family member shared very similar style and traits as I. My aunt Aida is a very inspirational person to me. She's survived breast cancer and just has the overall elegance of a very strong woman, which I always looked up to.
- What do you love about modeling ?
I absolutely love getting in depth with each character and personality I portray with modeling! I love doing different things and pushing my limits when it comes to concepts and wardrobe pairing. Playing each part is definitely one of the most exciting part of modeling for me. I have a bunch of wigs that make it more fun to switch up my style also. I love anything that involves makeup as well, it's definitely more of an art form than a mere task in the modeling process.. I like going from looking very sexy and natural during one shoot, to spunky and very eccentric with the next! I feel the need to surprise people with each set.
I also take pride when it comes to inspiring people, whether it be the photographers I work with, or others that like their work, and other just anyone that may not feel comfortable in their own shoes in general. As a young girl, all through elementary till high school, I was always picked on, for being a 'nerd' and 'weird' alot, but held my ground and ignored those people. I like many styles that some people may consider strange, but the best thing for me to do is be myself; so I'm not afraid of critics.. I'll push the bars and people's buttons with my work, I feel like everyone should have the right to feel comfortable enough to show their true personality. I've also always been a naturally quiet and typically introverted person; modeling is one of few things that has helped me gain a little more confidence and push away many insecurities I had during the last several years..

- What are some of the different kinds of photo shoot have you done ?
I've done many things that are out of the ordinary.. I actually don't have much casual shoots, HAHA. I just prefer crazy concepts because they tend to draw more opinions. Good or bad, as long as I'm getting strong opinions, I'm happy. A few of my close photographer friends feel the same way about their work, no pain, no gain!
As far as in-studio, I've done some boudoir, pin-up, glamour, body-paint, and editorial. One of my favorites is location shooting though. You get alot of nice lighting and scenery outdoors! I've shot in alot of different settings.. urban, beach, parks, tourist hot-spots, random streets.. It's always an adventure. I want to further myself into more cosplay concepts soon. Movies, comic book, and anime.. ALL KINDS. My inner nerd yearns to play my favorite characters.

- If you had a chance to Model in a major designer line who would it be ?
Oh dear, I am a sucker for Victoria's secret! I don't meet their 'criteria,' but I can dream. I love lingerie, and I get chills when I watch their fashion shows. Might sound silly, but I wish I could even just work for them by designing their wings! Every girl deserves to feel like an angel while looking the exact opposite..

- Who are some folks you wanna work with ?
I would love to work with some photographers overseas sometime.. Whether it be in the Philippines, Guam, and all over Europe (since those are where alot of my family reside) or elsewhere.. I LOVE traveling; meeting new photographers, makeup artists, and other models would just top it off! For right now, I am quite fond with working with aspiring locals, we all have our goals, it's always flattering to be part of theirs!

- Who do you contribute your success to ?
All of the photographers who have given me the chance to work with them, especially those whom I've worked with on several occasions; these are people that I've built relationships with. Without them, I couldn't have grown in the short time that I did.
I also have my mother to thank in a silly way actually.. Growing up, she never let me wear what I wanted, it was always conservative or just too plain in my taste.. When my youth came about I was drawn to flashy and styles with more attitude, haha. So in a sense, she's shaped me to be myself; I love and respect her for that.

- Who is you favorite photographer?
Gosh, I can't really say that I have a prime favorite since I have so many different style preferences! I think alot of photographers are good with certain styles of photography once they find their 'style.' When you mesh that with a model that accentuates their style.. that to me makes magic!

- Pros and cons of modeling ?
Prepping to me, is definitely a pro when it comes to this industry, there's alot of excitement prior that leads to a photo shoot or event. I wouldn't exactly call all time this all consumes a con.. but do know that it can really take up so much time! Either way, it's all well worth it in the end with the finished product. I think modeling is a great way to get another talent you have out there, for all the artists or anything dealing with the entertainment industry really..
One negative thing about modeling is that with the more different styles you work with, and the more risque and alternative your work gets; you will run into critics that dislike, disapprove or even bash a set that you took part in. Not to mention how though it seems to meet all the height, weight, measurements and criteria of alot these popular high fashion brands. There's ALOT of pressure that I don't always agree on with specific factors there..

- What advice do you have for aspiring models ?
My best advice is to always stay true to yourself. Whether it be your body, style, and attitude. I've always been slim, and hated it! Doesn't sound like something that the average high-fashion model would say, but it's true. Always thought I was TOO skinny growing up. I just decided finally accept my body for how is, and work with what I have to offer. Every model has strong attributes and features. Everyone should be able to feel beautiful in their own specific way. If you wish you lose or gain weight, make sure that it's for yourself; and in a healthy/safe way. NEVER let anyone pressure you into altering your body's natural beauty.
Same with style, if you prefer a style that some people may not agree on, push the boundaries. If someones not happy with those two factors, there are plenty of other modeling jobs out there and people that will accept you for being YOURSELF fully.

Also, stay humble. Never let that ego run wild! EVERYONE starts somewhere, always remember the people that helped you up along the way. For me a 'model' is someone who is a pleasant representation of an idea or thing. Be sure to set a positive example of what you are trying to sculpt. Always accept that with effort, failure may occur; you just have to trust yourself and take chances. Always have a positive and never give up on something that you believe in.

David D Live Interview

- Where are you from ?
Im From Neeeeew Yooooork! Neeeew Yooooork! Queens!! I came down to Jacksonville, FL when I turned 5. Been going back and forth ever since. There and New Jersey!! Got fam' out there still! Holdin' down on every corner in every borough...shout out Dice Real & Dee $tizz!!

-How did you get the name for your recent album ?
Over the last year I've really developed and grown as an independent artist. I've started networking and building relationships with a lot of other artists, producers, promoters, etc. I've seen a lot more, and have done a lot more. Shows. Good shows, bad shows. Collabs. Good ones. Ones that fuck you. Love, Hate, Loss, Gain. This mix tape was my way of taking "notes" and leaving reminders via song. I wrote each individual song at a different point and through a different mindset from the last. Each track had a different situation that provoked it. Sometimes I was happy and just wanted to spit...sometimes I was pissed about being snubbed for a show or some shit so I'd rip a beat...other times i felt sweet on a chick...so you got some love songs too. Hell, I even seen one of these past award shows and watched a performance and I was like..."I'd KILL that beat"...so that would get you a "take off" track. Overall, it's really just a versatile tape that I used sort of as a journal to leave my...MenTal NoTez.

- When did you decide to start your career in Entertainment ?
Well, I've been writing since I was 12. Middle of class, not paying attention. I've always been a smart kid so I'd finish my work quick and then I'd write a song. The thing was, I'd only write if I felt a certain emotion. Like hurt, or embarrassed. I had to be in the right mind. It's like emotion focused me. It was never really good back then, and I never really took it seriously. Still, I never stopped writing. Now, I've always been a big boy. So jokingly, I wrote a song called "Ketchup On Ya Fries"...about McDonald's food. I let my boys hear it and they laughed all the way to their families so they could hear it. It got me a lil' recognition and provided a lil' gas to my tank! Around 17 years old something clicked. I wrote a cover to Juelz Santana's "Mic Check 1,2 1,2" and recorded it on my old desktop computer with the microphone built into the monitor. Ha! The quality sucked ass, but my boys were really feelin' it. I let some random girls hear it and they rocked with it too. Again, it sucked thinking about it nowadays, but it played its purpose. It provided the push I needed to feel like I had the flow to compete. It provided confidence. I built on that. Continued to write and learn. Write and learn. Developing myself. Reading more. Trying to develop my vocabulary. In 2012, I felt I had reached a point where I could flow comfortably in front of people and have something to say, in a signature way. I felt I had become versatile enough and I knew what I wanted to achieve in the game. I felt I had something to provide to the game. Now you get David D. and that signature "run-off" flow! So now I'm tryna get it in every one's ear!

- How do you prepare for a show ?
Teddy Grahams And Lemon Tea. No Teddy Grahams and we walking the hell out! Naw, I'm just playing! Really, I try to stay to myself. I wake up early, play Madden. All Day. Then I link with my team about 3 hours or so before showtime and rehearse. Rehearse and rehearse again. Then of course, we gotta get fresh. Put that fitted cap on and my grandmother's Rosary. Hop in the car and I listen to my show cd on repeat all the way there. Of course, we got the LOUD in the air! Gotta getcha mind right!!

- How did you get your stage name ?
Ha!! I started off as Young Promo....but I thought to myself....Could I Picture Myself EVER hearing the phrase "...And The Grammy Goes To....Young Promo!"....And the answer was clearly No. I also had realized the change in the content of my lyrics as I got older and experienced new things. So I felt like, Why not just be me? David. And in school, I've always had other David's in my classes. So my teachers would always say "David D." So...There you go!!

- Who is your favorite Entertainer?
Aw man, I don't really have a favorite. I'm kinda all over the place when it comes to what I like. Music wise, I could say I feel everybody. But that would sound corny. But I'm real with it. Everybody's gettin' theirs. Can't knock any hustle. If I had to choose who I'd go see though, who I'd pay to see....It would have to be Mike Jack. I know its the easy answer. But hey, you can't deny what he does to a stage. If I could have the chance to turn back time to that Motown 25 performance of "Billie Jean" and see him electrify the stage with the Moonwalk for the first time, first hand....wow man.

- Pro's and Cons's  to the industry  for you ?
WOW!! You ask an artist this question and I don't think you have enough time to read it all!! I'll try and keep short. The game is saturated with FADs. Everyone only wants to do this or do that because they see the last nikka doin this or that. I also don't think anyone listens to lyrics anymore. Shit, as long as you have a hot hook and a hot beat, u got a hit. The fans just want to hear some shit for the clubs. Not saying thats a bad thing! Its just the "club sound" is becoming hip hop...instead of a genre or form of hip hop. The independent scene of course is over saturated with rappers on top of rappers on top of more rappers. And everyone thinks their Wayne. Nobody makes a lane for a hot artist anymore. Nikkas hate. They hear you sound good and they don't say shit. Don't push shit. Nothing. Because it's a "crab pot". "If I don't get on, you ain't gettin' on" type of mindset out here. But then, everyone wants to sound exactly the same. I can't even listen to the radio because it's just stupid. I feel like I'm listening to someones garbage CD. Everyone's doing the same thing. There's just no individuality anymore. In turn, you can't tell who's the best. Or who deserves it. And that's why nobody makes it.

- You prouduced a video this year(2011) what inspired you to do such ?
 N/A

-What advice do you have for the people that are trying to do, what you have made a career of?
This professional takes a lot of patience. If you're not patient...........this just isn't for you. It's difficult to go out there every single day and write a new song, record it, upload it, and post it to every ones page but receive no feedback and somehow muster up the strength to do it again. And guess what? They ain't feeling that one either. So now what? If you answered anything else but "pick up my pen"....Then this isn't for you. I spend a lot of nights waiting for them to become mornings. Doing nothing but promo work. Fan bases are grown, they don't just appear. You have to be the most committed person YOU know. Your boys don't matter, your girl doesn't matter. If they don't push your shit, oh well, its up to you. How committed are you? How much rejection can you face? Its tough. But when you hit that stage....and you look out at that crowd...and you raise that mic to your mouth and get ready to spazz the hell out...you realize just how rewarding the payoff COULD be!

-What projects are you working on right now  ?
Just dropped MenTal NoTez!!! Get your copy of that! Hit me up for physical copies but you can always download or stream via datpiff.com! I'm just staying on the promo side of the tape and trying to get it in everyone ears. Also, working on a few projects for some local artists. A little mixing/mastering work. Few collabs, but like i said tryna keep the vocal work to a minimum. Gotta let myself live from time to time so I have shit to talk about!! But, the team is busy!! We got Xiz Barz, my boy coming with a tape soon. He's up next. Also, got the team compilation coming this XMAS.....look out for that "Ciroc & SnowGlobez"....haha...ya'll gon' love that!! FLyShIT!!

- What inspired your last song  you wrote ?

I'm Gud!! Is my single. It has crossover to POP potential all the while staying just as FLy as I am!! It's just a tight track. Produced by my dude Dee $tizz...a former Ruff Ryder producer...it's definitely a banger. Has perfect everything really. Loud, versatile, flows are hot, hook is smashing, beat is wild, its a great track and we spent about 48 hours straight doing it. It was fun though and I think you can really tell through the track.

Thoughts of a C.E.O

In the last half of this year I have watched several new things emerge in my city, the first thing was the introduction to visuals, in the beginning it seemed that only a select few knew about the ever so powerful affect that music video's, behind the scene's footage, and just constant banter that most aspiring artist do in order to allow there fan's what seems to be insider information. Few understand that to allow yourself to be seen more often  is a lot better than just being heard on the radio, because you give your fan(s) that chance to say I know this individual (artist, designer, photographer, model,DJ,or even promoter). These tactics work because I myself have used them with the introduction of SkyLife Promotions to the mainstream Underground Market Worldwide, I can't sit here and say that I am an overnight success I still have a long road ahead of me before my goal is reached but I would not have been able to reach these goal if it wasn't for companies like Exclusive Fashions an Furs ( C.E.O Polo the Fur King who managed Us in our earlier years by providing interviews with person's such as Nicole Lyons) K4S Entertainment who took the time to listen to the ideas that I had and then help to mold ideas with words of wisdom ,experience and guidance (C.E.O Kevin Forrest ) Gemjin Global digital Broadcast who picked me up and gave me a show for Three seasons, and showed me how to take my talents to a Global level ( C.E.O Lucy Diamond ).  The second thing that emerged was the strength threw numbers, I congratulate all that linked up with other camps and did something positive it's great to be independent but the old saying  " better strength in numbers " is true, as an individual with talent yes your great in many ways but you are not the only person with a fan base and you can't assume that everyone has heard of you because you spit hot fire "dylon dylon dylon and all that good stuff" , what you can assume is that john/jane doe's video that you appeared in this month and drop the best 16/32 bars of your life will have there fan(s) inquiring more about you and then you begin to strengthen your network by extending your talent to help or even conjoin with artist/ talent. With all this said you have to remember that Success is what you make of it, if you do nothing then the success you obtain will be nothing, but if you properly adapt yourself and prepare for anything success will not only be worth it but it will exceed your wildest dreams.

Sense aka Newkid & JDon - De Ja Vu **Official Video**

Thoughts of a C.E.O.

Not to long ago I was talking to a Manger of a prominent $500 Billion dollar Company, and I had a chance to ask a burning question that has been bothering me for a minute, and that was why doesn't your company advertise. amazingly enough there was no hesitation to his swift response, " We don't have too. when you have a brand that is know in places where you have open a market in then you know that your company or brand has made it to the point that no matter how much you waste advertising it, word of mouth will always out last any of it. Now taken by this response all I want to do to is get my brand know to where it sells it's self .

HOTTEST FEMALE VOCALIST IN THE CITY (MZ BLACK )

How did you get the name for your recent mixtape ?

 Get Paid.. Neva Played

That's my motto... I tell myself this all the time.
To say it is simple, but to mean it is far more in depth.  By any means get  money, and stay away
from ignorance, and things/people who can't benefit you in some way whether its physical or mental.

- When did you decide to start your career in Entertainment ?

I didn't really decide anything, my talent just kind of took control. I came from poetry writing to songwriting
which any artist will say, " If you can write a poem, you can write a song." I mean I'm skilled in many different trades, but as far as
artistry its a dominating skill in which  I took much attention to and I'm glad I did.

- Where did the idea for your stage name ? Mz. Blak

Blak is a longtime nickname of mine and as a woman I love to be greeted respectfully with ms.  Mz. Blak is easily said and every easier to remember,
though easy to say, I am quite complex so it fits me just right.

 - What is your favorite song ?

My favorite song from this mixtape would definitly have to be " Hold U Down" which is a true story by the way. I love it because it was
the first song on this mixtape that actually stuck out to me like a green thumb. I said I wasn't going to add this track because to me it
went too far and got too personal, but on the other hand I felt like it would touch a few hearts due to the fact the situation is all too common among young black
women. Women in general, but the emotion and realistic facts in the song spoke for themselves and i decided to let my little story be heard.

- Pro's and Cons's  to the industry ?

Where do I start. There are many Pro's and for every Pro there lies a Con. The biggest Pro, in my opinion is success in this industry yet the Con to that is
dealing with the everyday stress of remaining successful. Another, women are accepted more in this industry, but the con to that is It's almost as if you have to
sell yourself to become most popular or even recognized. Those are a few of the ones that stick out to me.

- What adivce do you have for the people that are trying to do, what you have already mastered ?

Keep Pushing for greatness. If you believe in
yourself that much, which with anything you should. Achievement isn't given, it's accomplished, keep pushing

-What can people expect from you in 2012 ?

Big things. I plan to  go down each and every avenue that becomes available to me to reach as many
 people as possible.

<<<<< THE SONG ATTACHED IS TITLED : TIGHT WORK(remix) to Wale ft. Big Sean- Slight Work>>>> THANK YOU!

- WHEN DID YOU START IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY ?

Well I've been making music & grinding since 14 but I would say I officially entered the music industry at 17 when I had my first meeting with a major label ceo, Silvia Rhone. She flew me to NYC, hotel, car service, the works. I was buggin out!

- WHO DO YOU WANT TO REACH ?

Everybody that loves & appreciates good music.

- NAME SOME PEOPLE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH ?

Well can we dig up Biggie, Pac & Pun? ..Other than that I just want to work with people that's hungry & grinding like me.

- HOW DID YOU GET YOUR STAGE NAME ? "Snipe" came because I'm deadly on that mic & you don't see me coming. Then the "Won" came later when I started battling & eating up mc's. Snipe the Winna!

- WHAT CAN YOUR FANS EXPECT FROM YOU IN 2010? To be joined by more fans.. I got "Snipe Da Game, the EP" dropping in June (get that on itunes, rhapsody, or Amazon) and the "Snipe Da Game vol.2" mixtape on deck. Also shooting a video to premier on BET, Fuse, youtube and hopefully MTV2 so look for that too.

- WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP STRIVING FOR YOU DREAMS ?

When I was a kid my popz told me that every generation has to take it to the next level. That it was my duty as the man of the family to get us to the top. That always stuck with me so that's what I'm doing. That's my motivation.

- WHAT DO YOU REP ?
Cold Knights stand up!!! I rep the north & the south (I have influence from both and you can hear it in my music)

- WHAT DO YOU LISTEN TO IN YOUR iPOD? Everything from Nas, Biggie & Scarface to Lou Reed & Squarepusher. I'm a Hip-Hop head but I listen to everything.

- WHAT'S THE NEXT PROJECT THAT YOU ARE WORKING WITH ? I just did this soundtrack for this documentary on NYC Motion, I got the Snipe Da Game sh*t available for digital downloads next month, new remixes on youtube for everybody to check out free, and the newest thing I'm trying to do is get my twitter page rockin'. I know I'm kind of late with it but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Ha! I'm ready for you to come add me as a friend now.. Go, go, go.. @snipewon

- WHAT WAS THE FIRST SHOW THAT YOU DID AND WHERE  ?

Hard to remember but I'm thinking it was either opening up for Jadakiss at Jazco or The Ritz showcase in Downtown Duval.

- WHAT INFLUENECED YOU TO BE  MUSICAN ? I'm latin so music is the soundtrack to our life. It was always around me since birth. I just heard & understood it differently early on which made rhyming come easy. I didn't really start looking at it as business until real business opportunities began to present themselves.

Lastly, I want to thank Sky Life for hitting me up for the interview and I want to big up everybody in the 904 that's on their grind! Keep rockin' Duval, we on deck! Holla at me on twitter.com/snipewon or youtube. SUPPORT GOOD MUSIC!!!

There are 3 things I would tell people

1. Location is very important If you wanna be a Movie star you go to L.A. it is the same way with Music- You need to have Connections in Atlanta –Miami-NY- Houston-L.A. or all of the above, not just in you city !!!

2. Don’t skip steps- You cannot push a song properly that is not done right. Mixing Mastering and proper packaging will help you more than paying for a video

throw back interview w/ L.I.V.E WIRE

- WHEN DID YOU START  IN THE ( MUSIC, ) ? I started in music as a child. I mean as far as I can remember. I remember my 1st hip hop memory, watching Eric B and Rakim while sitting on my Uncle's shoulders in Ft. Green Brooklyn as the entire crowd went crazy. And I knew every word. I had to be like 4 years old. Lol

 - WHERE ARE YOU FROM ?
I'm from Brooklyn. I lived in greenville Florida for 6 years, and also Syracuse, NY. For 2 years. These are 2 other places I call home.

- WHAT WAS THE FIRST ( SONG,SHOW, ) YOU DID?
Hahahahaha My first song was a song called "Streets is Serious" lol. It was over the "Money Power Respect" beat. I didn't rap at all and my brother from another Terrence Byrd from Syracuse, was rapping then. I would beat box for him. 1 day he got upset at one of his hooks he created and I helped him with the way he should flow it and he then begged me to write 1 verse. He said your from the home of Biggie and Jay. You GOTTA be able to rap. I was like nah man. He continued to push until I gave in. I went home and came back a verse and that was the beginning of the rest of my life.

- HOW DID IT MAKE YOU FEEL ?
Incredible because people actually liked it. They loved it. So much that that summer we entered in numerous talent shows and won 1st place in EVERY one. That made me feel like we were on to something. That was one song. And even crazier, for me it was only 1 verse. Lol Look at me now.

- WHAT MESSAGE ARE YOU TRYING TO SEND ?
I'm not trying but sending my message every day. My message is through inspiration. Inpiring people to get off their asses and do the work. Do what ever it takes to become who they would like to be in the future, right now. BE IT NOW. No matter what your circumstance is. Getting kids at 14 and 15 and even younger to say I am instead of I want to be or wish or hope. Even giving adults new motivation and inspiration.

- WHO DO YOU WANT TO REACH ?
Everyone! Lol but more specifically the ones who can't see past today, beyond their blocks or past their circumstances.

- NAME SOME PEOPLE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE  TO WORK WITH ?
Dr. Dre, Eminem, Jay-Z, Will I Am, kanye West, John Legend. Always wanted to work with Michael Jackson RIP

- HOW DID YOU GET YOUR STAGE NAME ? Short version lol My crew was Livewire in Syracuse NY and I wore the bandanas when I came to NY. When I rapped people associated me and my energetic style with the name and it stuck.

- WHAT CAN YOUR FANS EXPECT FROM YOU IN 2010?
NO LABEL LP 4th quarter release. And huge video premiere/LP release party. And tons of radio play and interviews with the single "SAY YEA" featuring billboard top 100 artist Mike Shorey

- WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP STRIVING FOR YOU DREAMS ?
You...and you too.

- WHAT DO YOU REP ?
Me and my family. Hahahaha Nah I got a few teams man. Lots of Love out there.

Arab Nations looking to arm Syria rebels

Syrian government forces attacked opponents of President Bashar al-Assad in cities and towns across the country on Tuesday and Arab officials confirmed that regional governments would be ready to arm the resistance if the bloodshed did not cease.
The western city of Homs, the heart of the uprising against Assad's 11-year-rule, suffered a bombardment of pro-opposition neighborhoods for the 11th day running. At least six people were reported killed.
Government forces clashed with Free Syrian Army recruits near the town of Aleppo, in the northwest of the country, The Guardian reported.
Residents also fled from Rankous, a rural town near the capital Damascus, as it came under government artillery fire.
Opposition activists said that the offensive continued early Wednesday as Assad's forces launched an offensive on the city of Hama, bombarding residential neighborhoods after armored reinforcements advanced to the edge of the city in the last week.
The neighborhoods of Faraya, Olailat, Bashoura and al-Hamidiya came under bombardment from armored vehicles and mobile mounted anti-aircraft guns as troops that had been amassing at an airport and an armored brigade based south of Hama assaulted the city, Syria's fourth largest, they said.
With Assad seemingly oblivious to international condemnation of his campaign to crush the revolt, Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia pushed for a new resolution at the United Nations supporting a peace plan forged at a meeting in Cairo on Sunday.

But Arab League diplomats said that arming the opposition forces was now officially an option.
A resolution passed at the meeting urged Arabs to "provide all kinds of political and material support" to the opposition.
This would allow arms transfers, they confirmed to Reuters.
"We will back the opposition financially and diplomatically in the beginning but if the killing by the regime continues, civilians must be helped to protect themselves. The resolution gives Arab states all options to protect the Syrian people," an Arab ambassador said.

"I suspect we will see a further militarization of this conflict, with potentially quite widespread and dangerous consequences," said analyst Salman Shaikh, director of the Brookings Doha Center.
UN rights chief: Syria crimes against humanity must not go unpunished
Smuggled guns are already filtering into Syria but it is not clear if Arab or other governments are behind the deliveries. Weapons and Sunni Muslim insurgents are also seeping from Iraq into Syria, Iraqi officials and arms dealers said.
Assad, whose Alawite-minority family has ruled the mainly Sunni Muslim country for 42 years, is trying to stamp out pro-democracy demonstrations and stop insurgent raids across Syria country with what U.N. officials describe as indiscriminate attacks and shoot-to-kill orders.
He dismisses his opponents as terrorists backed by enemy nations in a regional power-play and says he will introduce reforms on his own terms.
Video: Homs gets slammed by explosions in latest flare-up (on this page)While the uprising initially involved rallies by civilians, armed insurrection by the Free Syrian Army, made up largely of army defectors, is increasingly coming into play.
Conflict flared anew on Tuesday in Rankous, near the capital Damascus. Activist Ibn Al-Kalmoun, reached by Skype from Beirut, said many residents had fled the town from government shelling.

AP
Civilians flee from fighting after Syrian army tanks enter the northwestern city of Idlib, Syria, Tuesday.

Six people were killed, it said, adding to an estimated toll of more than 400 since the assault began on February 3.
"They are hitting the same spots several consecutive times, making venturing out there impossible. The shelling was heavy in the morning and now it is one rocket every 15 minutes or so," activist Hussein Nader said by satellite phone.
"Residents are trapped. We have a man who sustained severe burns and is dying and he needs a hospital."
The man was in a truck picking up wounded people in Baba Amro overnight when it was hit by rocket fire, he said.
Photos: Syrians flee as tanks storm the city of IdlibMohammad al-Mohammad, a doctor at a makeshift hospital in Baba Amro, appeared in a video with a wounded youth he said was shot by a sniper in his side.
"The bullet ended up in the stomach. This is a critical condition that needs transportation to a proper hospital," Mohammad said. "We appeal to anyone with conscience to intervene to stop the massacres of Bashar al-Assad and his cohorts."
Another opposition activist, Mohammad al-Homsi, said the humanitarian situation was getting worse, with food and fuel short and prices tripling. Army roadblocks had been set up around opposition districts, Homsi said from the city.
Nader said that people in residential buildings in Baba Amro were sheltering on the ground floors.
Arab League wants UN peacekeepers in Syria
Shelling was also reported in the town of Rastan.
Foreign media have had to rely on activists' accounts of the situation because the Syrian government restricts access, although reports from neutral organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross and Human Rights Watch confirm the general picture of widespread repression.

At the United Nations, diplomats said a draft General Assembly resolution, supporting the Arab League plan and calling for the appointment of a joint U.N.-Arab League envoy on Syria, could be put to a vote on Wednesday or Thursday.
The resolution, seen by Reuters, is similar to a Security Council draft vetoed by Russia and China on February 4 that condemned the Assad government and called on him to step aside.
There are no vetoes in General Assembly votes and its decisions are not legally binding.
An Arab League proposal for a joint Arab-U.N. peacekeeping mission be sent to Syria elicited a guarded response from Western powers, who are wary of becoming bogged down militarily in Syria. It was rejected out of hand by the Assad government.
Video: Activist offers insight on Syrian protests, violence (on this page)
Russia, Assad's main ally and arms supplier, also showed little enthusiasm, saying it could not support a peacekeeping mission unless both sides stopped the violence first.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in Washington that the peacekeeper proposal would be tough to get through, given Russian and Chinese support for Damascus.
"There are a lot of challenges to be discussed ... and certainly the peacekeeping request is one that will take agreement and consensus," Clinton said.
NYT: For Iraqis, aid to rebels in Syria repays a debt
The Syria conflict, the most prolonged of the revolts in the Arab world which saw the leaders of Tunisia, Egypt and Libya toppled last year, is shaping up to be a geopolitical struggle reminiscent of the Cold War.
Russia wants to retain its foothold in the region and counter U.S. influence. Assad is also allied to Iran, which is at odds with the United States, Europe and Israel.
The Arab drive against Assad is led by Sunni-ruled Gulf states, who also see Shi'ite Iran and its shadowy nuclear program as a threat.

Analysts say the conflict could spread across the Middle East's ethnic, religious and political fault lines if it is not resolved.
China tries to limit veto damageMeanwhile, China's foreign ministry said Tuesday that a Chinese envoy, Li Huaxin, had met the head of the Arab League, Secretary-General Nabil Elaraby, to discuss Syria, as Beijing seeks to limit the diplomatic damage from its veto of the U.N. resolution.
The foreign ministry said its Li had an "extremely frank and useful" exchange with Elaraby.
China has insisted its veto did not amount to supporting Assad and was only taken to try and prevent the situation worsening.
But Elaraby has previously said that the veto had cost China and Russia diplomatic credit in the Arab world, and Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah called the veto an "unfavorable" move.
In Libya, protesters hurled rocks at the Chinese embassy.
"China and Arab countries have a very traditional friendship and cooperative relationship, and maintain close communication and coordination on political affairs," Li said, according to the Foreign Ministry statement on its website.
"Given the constantly escalating Syrian situation, the purpose of this visit to Cairo was to explain China's position and policies to the Arab League and Arab countries, and listen to their opinions," Li said.
